Problems with effects in new update (Premiere 2021)

Recently I've been having issues with applying presets in the new Premiere 2021 update. I can't crop videos, Lumetri colour isn't working - Nothing from the effects panel.

 

Has anyone else experienced this or have a fix? I've already tried deleting my cache and reinstalling.

When Premiere is acting weird most of the time resetting preference will do the trick.
