When I drag a video file into the timeline, the video appears in the program monitor. When I click play, the audio will advance, but the video will not. I am having difficulty lining up audio and video when the video will not play in real time. I've asked Adobe Support. Three support people have offered suggestions, all of which I've done with no success. I'm coming to the community to see if there are any other suggestions. Here are the things I've tried:
- uninstalling and re-installing
- empty media cache
- updated graphics card
- reset all preferences
- renamed all premiere pro folders
Any other suggestions?
