Program freeze when importing

I heard this is an old bug but never been fixed, the premiere will freeze when importing and have switched

to the Microsoft Pinyin IME.

I'm a videomaker based in the US but sometimes I need edit video with Chinese titles and such, and it's so often that the whole program get freeze when I forgot to switch IME. 

Please! Fix this bug, there aren't only English speakers using Adobe。

14.6 and Chinese and English on my windows 10, en is the default language of the system and also Adobe. No IME installed on the IME comes with the system.
