Programm crashes when starting up

Since the newest update, everytime I try to start Premiere Pro it crashes. And I get the following pop-up:

Installing older versions doesn't work.

Sorry for your issue.

How do you launch Premiere Pro - Do you double-click a project file or click the Premiere Pro icon? Here're a few suggestions:

• If you're double-clicking a  project file to open Premiere Pro, try launching it by clicking its icon.
• If that doesn't help, try resetting the preferences of Premiere Pro.
