can anyone please tell me why those wierd white grains appear on my programme monitor? it is visible for all my pojects and it also baked to the video during render

Been a ton of threads on this ... Nvidia's latest GPU drivers are wonky, they've been causing troubles on all video post processing apps. Roll back a driver or two until you find one that works.
