Project file not loading and getting stuck

Hey guys, I'm having trouble when opening a project file. Project file not loading and getting freeze.

Help me out how to solve this problem.

Are you getting any error messages?

What's exactly happening?

Once I open a project file -

It will get start loading for few seconds and it will get freeze.

If I try to play on time-line it will get an error as - Premiere pro is not responding

Have you tried resetting Premiere preferences?

PFA for error and in mac we need to hold Shift + Option and click on the premiere icon to reset but no use.

Have you tried reopenning a saved version (back-up)? Is it doing the same?

have you tried launching an autosave version?  Have you done any updates recently?  If so, revert to the premiere version that worked...
