Project freezes after working a few minutes in Premiere Pro 15.1

Hello,

I have been having issues with Premiere all morning.  The project opens and all seems fine, after a few minutes, the video freezes.  I still have full control, there's just no playback, scrubbing, viewing clips, etc.

I have deleted media cache, restarted, updated video driver, cleared preferences, etc.

Alienware Aurora R6

Windows 10 10.0.19041

Intel i7-7700 3.6 GHz

Please help.

Sorry to hear about this. Please let us know the type of media files you are working with (format/codec, frame rate & frame size) & the effects applied. Also, let us know the GPU that you are using.
