Project manager not exporting correctly

I'm using version 14.6.0 on a Mac with Big Sur. I have some clips that I slowed down that I'm trying to export through the Project Manager. 

It transcodes everything and exports, but the clips are no longer slowed down. I tried again with similar results. Any ideas?
