Project Save Error message.

I worked on one of my projects like always, but then when I tried to save my project It gived me this err (on the picture). 
I tried to move the project to another location, didn't worked.
I tried to move the whole folder to another location, didn't worked.
I tried to delete and install again Premiere Pro, didn't worked. 

I don't know what to do or how to fix this err.

What happens if you 'save as' or 'save a copy'

Sorry about the error. Have you tried saving your project on a desktop? If that didn't help, please check if Premiere Pro has proper access to folders: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/x-productkb/multi/preferences-folder-read-only-error.html
