Project won't open because it was "saved in a newer version", but I have the newest version

I am attempting to open a Premiere Pro project that I work on back and forth between my home computer and work computer. Both are Macs, runnng Premiere Pro 14.9.0.

Today I am trying to open this project on my work computer, and getting the message "This project was saved in a newer version of Adobe Premiere Pro and cannot be opened in this version". I have verified PP is up to date on this computer.

The real baffling thing: Another project I worked on at home on Friday opens fine here on the work computer. Anyone have any ideas on what is causing this? Or how I may work around it?

Hecubus,

Do you have a screenshot of your "About Premiere Pro" screen? That's the best way to verify versions. Here's an FAQ about that.

Thanks,
Kevin
