Projects files all disappeared from Premiere Pro 2020

I backed up my video files last night and now all of my project files have diappeared ... including on the back up.

Where are they and how do I get them back?????

I cannot believe this could happen in such an expense well know video editing program.

And this seems to have been a common recurring problem for at least 4 years

Totally annoying Adobe!!!!!

So many hours of work have disappeared without a trace!!!!!

We're sorry for the experience. Ideally, the project should not disappear if it has been saved like you mentioned. We'll look into this.

• Which version of Premiere Pro are you using?
• Did you update your application recently?
• Have you searched for the projet backup in the Autosave folder?
