"Spikey" Looking Subtitles?

For some reason when I implement subtitles they look all spikey? When the video is pasued or in a preview it looks fine, but when played in its entirety it looks spikey and almost as if its been shaked around?

First, look here: Program Monitor wrench icon, "Playback Resolution" and "Paused Resolution."

Subtitles as in open captions or text from Ess. Graphics.

Does the caption match the sequence settings.

Is the font native or 3rd party.

Is the font otf or ttf (not all font perform as well).

Turn down over crancked edge.
