razor can't cut on clip marker

hello.

today i want cut clips with razor on markers but can't do that. or before cut mark or after mark cut.

please see attachment.

razor must cut on playhead but can't.

i do active time unit but can't.

what i do ?

You can only razor the video at a video frame. Turning on audio time units does not change where the video frames fall.
