I for some reason can't use my razor tool to cut my audio. I was able to do it yesterday and now I can't figure out how to do it again. First time having this problem. Any solution?

Track Locked? All tracks visible? You'll need to give some more info, perhaps a video of it or at least a screenshot or two.
Also, using Variable frame rate footage? Could be some odd stuff there.
Delete Preferences, delete media cache and database.
