File Import Failure

I'm on a mac [10.15.6], PremierePro 14.3.2. and just started having this issue, too. Here's a screenshot of the import error message from Premiere as well as sceenshots from MediaInfo of one of the files giving me an issue :

my gut feeling is it might have something to do with read write permissions and copyright metadata stuff ?

If you tried changing file ext to mp4 and it still won't import, check read write permission for file. See if you can make it both read and write ON.
