Since last week, Premier Pro has recognized different photos as one picture.

I tried rendering it because I thought it was a preview error, but even if I render it, all other pictures come out as one same picture. Even if I delete all the files and put them in a new one, it has not been solved. I searched on the Internet and found that pictures with continuous names could have this error, so I tried them after changing all the names differently, but the problem was not fixed. The same thing always happens when I delete a program, erase all the trash files, install a new program, and try new files with a new project.

What should I do?

Things I did to fix this problem

-delete all pics and try new pics

-rename all pics differently

-uncheck the img squence option

-delete project and try new project

-delete program and re-install
