Recordermonitor make my problem

Hello everybody. For some time now I have had a problem recording video films about IEEE 1394. The monitor window just turned off. But dubbing functions when I press record ?? Does anyone know how I can display the monitor again? Thank you very much

Recently captured a couple of D8 tapes. Preview was a bit off but still visable.

But if you are windows try WinDV for SD and HDVSplit for hdv instead of figuring out how to get things work.
