Recover a text frame for genequique

Hello,
I would like to recover a text frame for generic it is quite complicated and works very well.
I have 60 videos to make and all of them will have this credits with some text details that will change, 

how can I make it a salvageable item in each video, many thanks in advance.

It sounds like you want to use the Essential Graphics panel to create a template. Or search for a template on Adobe Stock.
