Recovered files from a corrupted drive, any chance of a fix?

Last week my drive corrupted when my PC crashed and I couldn't access it's contents. Fortunatley I was able to use Recuva to recover a large amount of the files. While many files were recovered successfully, such as image files and MP4 files, the actual project files seem to be fragmented.

I've attached a photo to this post. Whenever I try open these files I'm told they're corrupt and I can't do anything with them. I know it's a longshot but is there any chance there is a way I can use these files to restore the original projects?
