Remove background from a video

Hi.

I need to remove background from a video with a dancer, can anyone tell me the best way to do it(best and 

easier), please?

More information required. What sort of background. Maybe post an image or clip of the shot of the dancer.

That said ... unless the dancer has been shot on a green/bluescreen background - it will not be easy!

You may need to Rotoscope in After Effects.
