Happy New Year (a bit late).
I'm trying to rename my audio tracks in a video I made last year, and I have opened it in the most recent update of Premiere Pro CC 2019. When I right click on the audio tracks (including new one I have just added) "rename" is greyed out.
Can someone please advise me on why this might be and how to fix it?
Thank you.
Stephen

Are the audio tracks locked?

No, they are all unlocked. They are all also toggled blue. I'm not sure about this option, though (why I use it).

This project was originally created in an earlier version of Premiere Pro?
As a test, try creating a new project and see if the problem remains.
If the problem remains in the new project you created, try trashing your preferences:

Yes it was created in an early version (previous update or the one before that, not sure).
I created a new project, but the tracks remained the same - surely that's not right? The problem was still there.
I trashed the preferences, but the problem is still there in the original video.

You solve this by increasing audio tracks height (alt + zoom in on a PP keyboard) until you can rename.
