Hi. 

MacOS Big Sur 11.1, Premiere Version 14.8.0 (build 39), 32 GB RAM, 2.6 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7 -- Graphics AMD Radeon Pro 5300M 4 GB

Render failed message everytime I try creating proxies.

This has been unresolved for weeks after calling adobe 3 times and having a screen mirroring session.

I already uninstalled and reinstalled premiere as well as the BRAW converters.
