Rendering Video Previews freeze on v. 14.5+

Hello! 

I have problem with Rendering Video Previews on v. 14.5+ - Freeze

With 13.1 - 14.4 - OK

In any of these versions (14.5, 14.6, 14.7), my computer freeze at the stage Rendering Video Previews ~ (10-15%)

Only on version 14.4 everything works well.

Why? What's wrong with newer versions?

My System:

Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
Intel Core i7-7700, 4000 MHz
32713 MB
nVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB

Updated today to version 14.8

Nothing has changed - the computer freezes at the stage Rendering Video Previews 

Had to go back to stable 14.4 😞
