I'm trying to add captions to my video. It's all been going well up until this last caption, which just behaves super weirdly when I want to resize it. I tried restarting premiere and everything.
This is a major update of captions in PR 2021. This example is from a prior version.
Some users reported a variety of problems with trying to change the duration of captions by dragging in the timeline. From the video, it looks like you are doing it correctly.
If you are only getting this with one caption, first try changing the times in the Caption Panel.
