I tried overlaying the video but can't figure out how to get the small speaker box from the zoom video to fill the PIP in the UR.

Neither do we as we have no idea what it looks like.

Post screenshot.

Also post screenshot sequence settings and properties of the files used.

Thanks! I'm trying to upload a screenshot but the platform won't accept a PNG file.

I think the best way that I can be helped is by someone that knows how to make the "Speaker View" box fill a frame on a "Shared Screen with Speaker View" mp4 file from Zoom.  Does that make sense?

Imagine a sign language box in the Upper Right.  That's what I need to do.

Should be able to simply drag/drop the png onto the text reply area of your reply. DON'T use the "attach files" thing, please!
