I have a project due in 2.5 hours, so I appreciate any help I can get. My assignment is to take a previous premiere pro project and place it in an interactive pdf, so we have to make it significantly smaller. My professor demonstrates this by changing his format to H264 and starting with High Bitrate settings. He then changes the height and width from 1920x1080 to 500x250 and it works just fine for him. Mine gets very, very blurry! It shows it in the preview and the export. He also moves the bitrate down, but this doesn't help either. I'm really new to the program, so I'm not sure what settings to look at?
