RGB Parade effect/Scope recording

Hi does anyone know of a way to record the RGB parade, vector scope, and luminance waveform so that I can place it on some footage as like an 'out-of-camera' look? I want to use the scopes from the actual footage and not just some random one off the internet but I have no idea how to go about doing it.

I would probably just use some screen recording software like OBS studio.
