Rotation of an Image Around Its Center in PP

I want to rotate an image around its center.  For example I have a circular image of a CD (with a graphic on it) and want the image to rotate around the center of it.  Does anyone know how to do that in Premier Pro?  Thanks!

Hola que tal, lo que tenes que hacer es poner el punto de anclaje en el centro del la imagen.

would probably save some time re: questions about what you are working with if you can post a screenshot of your FULL FRAME image and state what it is ( still image, video, etc. )

There's different stuff that needs to be done to 'segregate' the circle CD from background depending on what the source image is from... and then you'd rotate just the CD circle and NOT the background... if that makes sense ?
