I work on an Imac using 10.10.5
I have a version of Photoshop that is CS5.1
I do not have a working version of Premier or Premiere Pro. I used to be able to save files as "filmstrip" in a version of Premiere, then use photos from Photoshop to insert items into the filmstrip file and then save as a video file. Is that still possible and with this level of software and equipment, what would be my best approach to this sort of simple rotoscoping that I used to do.
