Running the program stops during boot ImporterQuickTime.prm

I have new GPU Radeon Rx 580. I can't run the program. Running the program stops during boot ImporterQuickTime.prm ( YES - AGAIN THIS ****). Of course, the latest drivers are installed on the computer, and i also tried to roll them back to previous versions. AF works fine, but PP doesn't.

I will add that - if you remove the drivers on the video card - pp works....i have AMD Radeon Software last ver. 20.12.1

Help me plz. 

other ways to fix the problem ImporterQuickTime.prm - didn't help me.

Please tell us your system specs: OS version, Premiere version, amount of RAM, Hardware specs including graphics card
