Save Effects Presets to Project

Hi there,
I'm currently building a template for other editors to use, and I've got a bunch of common effect presets (eg transforms, lumetri presets etc) that I want to travel with the project itself. What's the best way to do this? I'm hoping to avoid having the user import the effects preset file itself, but I'm not finding any way to do this. Is it possible?
