Saving Effect Preset on adjustment layer

I created an effect in combination with various premiere pro effects on an adjustment layer. Is it possible to save my creation for other projects ? (Like a drag and drop preset effect on the effects panel maybe)

Presets are made in the Effect Controls regardless its a clip or AL.

Screenshot shows 2 effects in one preset.
