scale bug

just updated Premiere Pro, and i have scale issues. 

when i scale up to 100% its ok. 

when i try to scale below 100%, my video goes transparent. like there is nothing there.

anyone else with this problem? 

i have a deadline and some footage needs for scale. 

(excuse my bad english)

what are your source properties and sequence settings?  And have you tried rendering your timeline?

and please tell us your system specs: OS version, Premiere version, amount of RAM, Hardware specs including graphics card.  And there's no reason not to revert to the previous version of premiere.  If you deleted it, you can reinstall it from the creative cloud app
