Scene Edit Detection missing shortcut

Now that Scene Edit Detection is in Premiere Pro, you should really allow us to have a keyboard shortcut to more easily access the feature. 

Also while your add it, please allow us to have keyboard shortcuts to automatically add effects and transitions to clips, including custom made ones.
