Scene Edit Detection Reverse

Dear Community, 

I have the following problem:

I have an exported film, but not the old project drom which I exported it. Now I want to re-adjust the film. Unfortunately, the exported film has worse sound and video and even after "Scene Edit Detection" does not allow me to make the clips a bit longer or start them earlier.

Is there a way/function/altertnative to recut the material, which I still have, automatically according to the exported film?

Unfortunately not. Premiere would need the old project which you said that you don't have.
