Screen fades to a white/ greyed out tint and then program does not respond.

I have a 1 month old  Maingear laptop that I used only for work, emals etc. 

 

SPECS

windows 10

i7-10875H

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2026 Intel(R) Graphics

32 GB of Mem

 

PROBLEM

Brand new insatall of Premiere Pro 2020. JUST updated it (2/13/21). I am trying to edit 1920x1080 footage. When I open the program the entire screen layout goes to a faded white and will not respond. I have no other projects. I am editing off the internal SSD (1tb). When I force quit the program, and try to reopen it, it will not open. I have the laptro plugged into a little stand that has an extra fan on the bottom although I can't really see why that would have any impact. I literally got this computer to edit this project.

Fixed{?} I had to run Creative Cloud Cleaner, and reinstall. So far, and it hasn't been long, things are working fine.
