Screen Record Jitters when Exported

This is simply my screen recording being at a lower fps, but it actually jitters. The recording in question is of an animation I made. I experienced another bug on Animate which prohibitted me from exporting any media from there.

When I view the screen recording on Mac Preview, it is fine, high res, and doesn't jitter at all.

But once I import it into Premier, it jitters, and plays back over itself. Any idea as to why?

Thanks

Please use the free MediaInfo and post a screenshot the properties of your media in tree view:

If the file is variable frame rate, which although Adobe says it will support, many users are having issues with VFR.

Use Hand brake to convert to constant frame rate:
https://handbrake.fr/downloads.php
