Script or content management system?

Hey there , 

I am looking for a script or content managment system for premiere pro. 

We have the task to deleiver 28 different versions of a 40 minute Video. 

There are 2 sections that differ in the video and we need to edit this in a very short time

and deliver it in a short time. 

Between the last input that is send to us and the delivere (playout and check) we have only 3 days. 

Is there any CM or Script or another APP, that is able to achieve this? 

The videos are a campange that needs to go live all at once. 

Every idea is welcome.
