Search Adobe Stock for Motion Graphics templates using the Essential Graphics panel not working

I am relatively new to Premiere Pro, and I am mostly self taught aside from a view youtube videos here and there.  Last week I was able to search Adobe Stock for templates via the essential grapics panel, however this week adobe stock is grayed out. I am not sure if it is something I have done accidental or something adobe has done in an update.  I am still learning to make my titles, and AE is still quite alien to me so at this time making my own is huge project of it own right.

thank you in advance

I was shown as logged in. I ended up have a failure of my main M.2 Drive, and had to reinstall in Premiere Pro and that solved the issue
