You should use the "insert photos" here to put an image in if you want. It's rare for anybody to click on strange links to help somebody here. As for your issue, I'm not sure what filters are on but there have been issues in the past using the search functionality. What version of Premiere are you using?
I'm using the 15.0.0 build 41. Btw, you can search the website gofile.io on google and you'll see there's nothing wrong with it. I'm using it because there's a video of 80mb which I can't upload here.
