Select Specific Tracks-Foward at once, NOT all of them

Is there a way to use the select all tracks forward tool, not just to select a single track (a+shift) but then  select and ADD one or more specific tracks-forward as well? For example, Select V1 track-forward from a certain point, then add ONLY track A7 (or whatever) to that selection to be able to move, copy, delete, etc just the selected clips in those tracks together?

I think I'm losing my mind- I swear I could do this a week ago, maybe with the option key, and now no combination of keys works....

I've never had a use for that. To me, it would make sense for the Command key (or Control on Windows) to be a key to let you add to the selection since the shift key is held down. But I don't know of a way to do that. In your example, I would lock the tracks that you don't want moved, and then select all. A week ago, when you said that this worked for you, I wonder if the video and audio were linked or grouped perhaps?

I'm not quite sure how this question is answered, it isn't. The answer below is at best workaround. This would be a very useful feature for complex longform timelines.

PS my solution is to use ripple trim and turn off sync lock for the tracks I don't want to move
