I changed Pixel Aspect Ratio option and tried all of them didn't help (Also I deleted all my preferences so this is default Adobe Premiere Pro's Settings )

Your pixel aspect ratio should be square pixels, but as you said it didn't work. So try this: in the Project panel, drag your clip to the "create new sequence" button and open the new sequence, is there any black bars? if no: use the one for your edit
