sequence will not stay nested when I bring it on to another sequence

I nest a sequence then I go to bring it onto another sequence and BAM. no longer nested so I need to nest it again only to need to repeat the process every time I reuse it on another project

so in the pictures you see the nested sequence I just made. I clear it. I bring it back onto my timline and its no longer nested.

please help me.
