Settings and preferences from 1 laptop to another

If I set up proxies, change a bunch of settings, etc on 1 of my laptops  in premire how can i get my other laptop to have those same settings with the proxies and everything from the other laptop?

I think you can save the project file to your CC Cloud, and then download that onto the other laptop.
