Shadowplay recording is glitched after export

I have been using Premiere Pro and it was completely fine. I mostly saved the last 30 seconds of my gameplay via shadowplay and edited them for little jokes. So far this worked easily but since the new update it happens that, when I export the video it gets super glitchy. It doesn't happen on all the frames though, it just pops in and out. The video themselfes are completetly fine (normal MP4 file). 

 I use a Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070.

I want to add that I use Premiere Pro 15.1.
