Shape animation

Hi, I am using Premiere Pro CC on Windows 10 Pro 64bit PC, running an AMD Ryzen 9 3950X chip with 64BG Ram and an Nvidia Quadro RTX 400 8GB Ram.

Whenever I do any shape animation (odd shapes, squares, rectangles circles) the leading edge seems to change colour, it goes a darker colour to what is applied to the shape, so a light green would go a darker green and this is being picked up in the final rendering. It's a bit choppy.

The text seems to animate propely.

I have opened the same file, at the same time on my Dell XPS laptop running an i7 with 16 GB Ram and it looks fine, the colour is a single colour and does not change when animating.

I have checked all the setting on the laptop and on my PC for Premiere Pro and they are exactly the same. I have played around with the graphics card settings for the past 2 days without any luck.

I have attached a screen recording to this message.

If anyone has any ideas as to what my issue maybe I would appreciate any help/feedback. Many thanks.
