Hello to all Am I stupid, or is there really no shortcut to delete the audio part from a single clip? Should I right click "unlink" and then select it again and give "delete"? (Adobe Premiere Pro, version 14.6.0 build 51)

AFAIK, there is no dedicated shortcut to just remove the audio. But, press down and hold the Alt-key on your keyboard and while you hold it you can just click on the audio portion of the clip and the let go of the Alt-key and press Delete to delete it.
Holding down the Alt-key do temporarily unlink the audio from the video, or vice versa.
