Show wrong frames while scrolling with mouse or arrow keys

Hi!

As the title says, while im scrolling in a project (yellow render bar) with the mouse or arrowkeys the monitor is not showing the right frames.

System:

Adobe Premiere Pro 14.8.0

Windows 10 20H2

AMD 3950X

64GB RAM

Nvidia TITAN XP

Nvidia Studio Drivers

Sony FX9/FS7 - SLOG3 4k

Canon 5D mark IV - LOG 4k
