Slow export with 30mb file on premier pro

Hi. i have been creating some basic 3d movements to some artwork that is just images and PNG files to create fun social media strories etc. the files arent big. but when editing with them, Premier Pro lags and also ecporting something that is 30mb can take up to an hour. i have never had such serious time consuming issues. could anyone assist with this? Thank You

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?

If NVIDIA graphics,, make sure to use the latest Studio Driver from NVIDIA (NOT the Game Driver).
