slow mo error

I put my clip onw in the timeline do the time remapping but after I notice my clips looks really bad after time-remapping because of how slo it turned out to be so then I add opitcal flow and my optical flow doesnt work I click on it, it applys but its still choppy and see no i tryed downloading twixtor but even twixtor doesnt work
